Our History

I was born and raised in Mauritius, a tropical island in the middle of the Indian Ocean, once home of the famous extinct Dodo bird. Its climate and people love to make delicious, spicy food.

When I came to live in the Netherlands I could not bring the weather with me, but I could bring the hot flavours! I have been sharing my love of Mauritian cuisine with friends and family, but now I'm making it available to everyone.
